Receptionist: I’m sorry to hear that. May I have your room number, please?
Guest: Room 304. It’s been very warm, and I haven’t been able to sleep well.
Receptionist: I’ll send a technician up immediately. Would you prefer to switch rooms if it can’t be repaired quickly?
Guest: Yes, that would be ideal. Thank you.

2. Problem: Leaky Faucet (Apartment Rental)
Tenant: Good morning. I’m calling to report a leaky faucet in the bathroom.
Landlord: Thank you for letting me know. How severe is the leak?
Tenant: It’s dripping constantly and making a loud sound at night.

Tenant: Yes, that works perfectly.

3. Problem: Loud Neighbors (Student Residence)
Resident: Hello, I’d like to make a formal complaint about the noise coming from the room next door.

Receptionist: Understood. I’ll ask IT to check the router on your floor.

5. Problem: Broken Heater (Winter Rental)
Tenant: I need to report that the heating system in my apartment isn’t working.
